Job Description:
As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective customers, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists.
- Introduce and explain our construction services to prospective customers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to effectively convey information and persuade potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with auto dialers.
