We are a dynamic land investing company with a growing portfolio of real estate rentals. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for stay-at-home moms looking for part-time work with flexible hours. This job is required to bed in-office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
- Assist with real estate rental management tasks, such as tenant communication and lease agreements.
- Conduct research and prepare reports related to land investments and real estate market trends.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Maintain office organization and manage supplies.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in real estate or administrative roles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
