Mortgage Account Executive/Recruiter position with Layton Mortgage

We are looking for Account Executives that are knowledgeable of the industry to help us recruit Loan Officers and Branch Managers to our company, as well as support them in their day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to Loan Officers and Branch Managers, leveraging industry sources and knowledge as well as our source lists to help build our team
· Initially will spend most of your time engaging with potential candidates through phone calls, LinkedIn, Email, Text Messages, etc., to discuss opportunities, schedule interviews, and coordinate with our Recruiting Team for further courtship engagement.
· Identify potential Loan Officers by evaluating resumes, online profiles, current production, and direct communication, representing Layton Mortgage's interests and values.
· Collaborate with CEO, COO, Sales Leaders, Marketing, and Human Resources to effectively attract, identify, and onboard Loan Officers and Branch Managers.
· Achieve minimum targets for qualified follow-up calls and interactions with hiring managers.
· Administrative duties-
o Assist with onboarding and training of Loan Officers and Branch Managers
o Become proficient with our platforms to act as a guide/expert to support team members on an ongoing basis
o Get to know our lenders and products and our organizational structure so you can support all the MLO’s and Branches that are under your purview, as well as effectively recruit to our company.

Requirements:
· In-depth mortgage industry knowledge.
· Strong persuasive communication skills and exceptional sales and/or recruiting abilities.
· A passion for assisting others and effectively communicating our value proposition.
· Proficiency in understanding a Loan Officers role, methods, and duties, as well as the ability to be an accessible source of assistance to them
Compensation:
· Achieve a 6-figure income quickly and have a clear and defined pathway to a 7-figure income within 36 months via our roadmap designed for you.
· OTE for year 1 are approximately $150-300k
· Earn an average of about $650 per loan funded by your recruits, as well as anyone they recruit, and anyone they recruit, with a three-level downline revenue share with uncapped earnings potential that is designed to grow every year.
· This will be a fully REMOTE position.
· 1099-Commission pay only.
