Integral Benefits Group is looking for a Sales Assistant who will be essential in streamlining our sales and client management processes. This role calls for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in detailed fact-finding to gather client information and necessary documents.
- Manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and setup.
- Conduct medication lookups and source prescription savings programs to optimize client benefits.
- Verify and process Medicaid/Medicare details accurately.
- Handle client verification logistics and document uploads.
- Assist in maintaining and updating client records in our CRM system.
- Respond efficiently to both new and existing client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Organize and manage schedules, enhancing team time management.
- Support carrier onboarding processes and other administrative tasks.
- Be willing to obtain a health and life insurance license, if not already certified; assist with sales and earn commissions during peak periods.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales assistant role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- High school diploma required; further education or certifications in sales, marketing, or insurance are advantageous.
- Motivation to pursue licensing in health and life insurance, if not already obtained. We will pay for the license and all state fees.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
