We are looking for Part-Time Customer Experience Associates to join our fast-paced team. This role is for mostly weekends and evenings. This person is responsible for interacting and engaging with customers and creating a unique experience in our pour-your-own candle shop! The ideal candidate will have the ability to follow up with our guests efficiently and effectively in the store. This individual must be great at completing a lot of tasks daily, including guiding guests through the candle making process, sending out orders to customers, and collaborating with the internal team on other tasks, all while fulfilling other responsibilities for the role.

In this role, you’ll get to:

· Respond to customer emails, comments, and messages across multiple platforms
· Manage merchandise inventory (stocking and alerting team when stock is low)
