ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Learn and perform to standard all entry and intermediate level aspects of mechanical maintenance to support all activities at KSA.
· Successfully complete all essential training and performing of duties are specified on the Maintenance Technician III Training Curriculum Procedure Number 6950-639
· Successfully completing other required Computer-based Training (CBT) training and testing on Overnite must be successfully completed and verified by the Site Trainer.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Follows all safety and regulatory compliance procedures. Attends all required meetings and training.
· Must maintain adherence to “The Kao Way” standards at all times.
· Responsible for continuous improvement according to the “5-S” and KAIZEN culture.
· Be aware of and follow all emergency, evacuation, spill response and general personal protection policies and procedures according to the situation at hand which includes knowledge of the location of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and who to ask about safety/protective matters.
· Complies with all applicable federal, state and local environmental regulatory guidelines.
· Follows all Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements for implementation of process changes via the Management of Change (MOC) process.
· Attends meeting, training classes, courses or seminars as required by management.
· 5-S activities
· Assist mechanical technicians and I&E Techs as needed..
· Operation of forklifts and manlifts.
· Other duties as assigned by manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.76 - $34.14 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
