Our goal is to Summary: VP Circle on LinkedIn is a start-up, leadership development and networking group for executive-level professionals, officially launching in the Fall of 2024. VP Circle sits under iTalk LLC, a leadership development and entertainment company. Position Summary
We are looking for a highly capable, proactive, business oriented, program manager with executive-level presence and advanced administrative capability to join VP Circle as its first "official" contract hire. This person should be highly adaptable and flexible, comfortable working remotely and with a keen understanding of and interest in growing a start-up.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage Prospective Member Outreach Process on LinkedIn
- Reach out to executive-level leaders on LinkedIn, who fit our desired profile, and invite them to join VP Circle on LinkedIn.
- Educate prospective members (executive-level leaders) about the VP Circle Executive Group.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to run campaigns that drive awareness and invite executive-level leaders to join VP Circle.
- Review all requests to join our group and "approve" those who fit our desired profile
Onboard New Members
- Design welcome email templates.
- Email new members all pertinent welcome information and program details and answer any relevant questions.
- Follow up with new members who do not complete required new member actions.
- Conduct virtual onboarding meetings once or twice per month to welcome members and to review program details.
- Import new member information into new member database and disseminate instructions on how to log in and update their profile information when needed.
Provide Ongoing Member Support
- Serve as a resource for member questions and concerns.
- Escalate concerns to program founder when necessary.
General Program Magagement
- Send our surveys to members for feedback collection when needed.
- Email members with program updates when needed.
- manage the monthly newsletter and ensure new members are added to the subscriber list.
Participate in Event Planning
- Is comfortable reaching out to potential speakers, presenters and subject matter experts on LinkedIn regarding upcoming events and inquiring into their ability to participate.
- Send out calendar invitations for events, workshops, and meetings.
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications, Experience & Traits
- At least 5 years of proven experience managing all administrative tasks and responsibilities associated with a member-based program or group.
- At least 5 years of a track record demonstrating successful program management.
- Experience conducting program orientations and/or new member introductions.
- Experience running and maintaining databases and systems.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Sales/outreach experience preferred
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills including the demonstrated ability to research, assimilate and analyze information, compose documents, and present data in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience delivering presentations and fielding questions in meetings, workshops and training sessions.
- Interpersonal Charisma – Flexible, energetic, proactive, outcomes- oriented self-starter who brings a creative approach to solving problems.
- Time Management- Concentrates efforts on top priorities; develops efficient systems, processes and tools.
- start-up experience is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in leadership, education or a related field.
This is a part-time, contract position, critical to the launch of this start-up program/group. It is anticipated that this position will become full-time as VP Circle becomes more established and will have 1 or more direct reports reporting to it.
