```Duties```
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns
- Provide counseling and support to individuals and families dealing with addiction, trauma, or other psychological issues
- Assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans based on their specific goals and circumstances
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to promote positive outcomes for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices in the field of social work
```Experience```
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification required
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families
- Proficient in conducting group therapy sessions and facilitating therapeutic interventions
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its impact on mental health treatment
- Familiarity with pediatric social work and the unique challenges faced by children and their families
- Experience providing therapy in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
- Specialized experience in areas such as PTSD care, addiction counseling, or applied behavior analysis is a plus
