Job Title: Construction Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
Peak Renovations is seeking a part time Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the administrative staff and owners by conducting data entry and document formatting to aid in sales and project tracking processes. We are looking for a two year commitment to this role.
Initial Duties:
- Communicate effectively with team members and owners
- Produce initial project costing based on sales consultation notes
- Produce initial formatted quotations based on sales consultation notes
- Utilize and maintain project costing database
- Maintain project documentation and records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a construction-related role is required
- General knowledge of construction processes is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and/or Google Drive (Docs/Sheets)

Work/Life:
This role is fully remote, estimated average of 20 hours per week. If the applicant is not on Guam, will necessitate *some* availability for video, phone and chat conversations during Guam working hours (5 PM to 7 AM CST, Sunday-Thursday). The company is very flexible to the applicant's availability during these hours. Quotes require a 2 business day turnaround once assigned.
Compensation:
-This is a 1099 contract role
-$50 per quote (Up to $10,000), $100 per quote (Up to $40,000), $200 per quote (Up to $75,000) , +$100 per quote (each $50,000 above $75,000)
-%0.5 commission on generated quotes that result in a sale
-$25/hour for assigned general administrative tasks and initial training
-Negotiated contract rates on special administrative projects
-Opportunity for additional ongoing administrative duties is possible in this role, which would result in more hours and earnings

Pay: $250.00 - $3,500.00 per month
