Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development person with extensive Sales and Marketing experience.
Ideal candidate shall have a strong background and demonstrated experience in sales and business development with strong network in North America/Europe/UK/APAC with Engineering firms.
The positions are for India and overseas in Europe/U.S.A.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
· Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant market for sales and business development.
· Sell Intec core services of Architecture, Structure, MEPF design and BIM development services.
· Collaborate with Internal team to ensure an excellent client experience across all client interactions.
· Work towards sales and revenue goals as established.
Essential Skills/Attributes of the Ideal Candidate
· Minimum of 8 -12 years of professional work experience in B2B sales in Engineering/Construction Industry.
· Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once.
· Interest in working as part of a growing company, with awareness about the opportunities and challenges that come with a highly adaptive environment.
