**Job Overview** We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young students, focusing on their cognitive, social, and emotional development. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and personalities of our future leaders. **Responsibilities** - Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans, incorporating Montessori and literacy education methods. - Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. - Utilize physical education and movement activities to promote gross motor skills and overall well-being. - Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, recognizing and addressing individual differences. - Manage classroom behavior and implement effective strategies for behavior management. - Provide individualized support and accommodations to ensure each student achieves their full potential. - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans, including math and literacy education. - Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed. - Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and any challenges they may be facing. **Qualifications** - A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. - Experience working with preschool-age students, with a focus on child development and education. - Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation, including Montessori methods. - Strong classroom management and behavior management skills. - Experience with private school settings and the unique challenges they present. - Proficiency in literacy education and math. - A passion for teaching and an ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs. - A commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.75 - $11.50 per hour
