Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision and preferences
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of weddings, including ceremonies, receptions, and related events
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
- Coordinate logistics on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
Experience:
- Proven experience in wedding planning or event management
- Strong market knowledge in the wedding industry
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors
- Familiarity with restaurant, banquet, and hotel event coordination
- Experience in event marketing and upselling services
- Excellent customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques for wedding-related events
