Crew Member- Cashiers
We are looking for friendly and courteous people to join our team. Shifts start at 4am and will vary in length but we are looking to provide coverage on shifts between 4am-4pm (9pm in rare instances).
Starting pay is $14.00 per hour plus tips (tips average about $4-$9 extra per hour worked).

Responsibilities and Duties:
__________ Prepare doughs and other products (lemonade, butter, Dutch ice, specialized coffees, etc.).
__________ Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks
__________ Cost Containment & minimizing waste
__________ Communication & Collaboration with the entire team
__________ Drive & Dependability
__________ Roll and twist pretzels or Cinnabon products from scratch
__________ Prepared product for baking.
__________ Insert, rotate and remove pretzel trays; monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color.
__________ Add post-bake toppings as required to fill warmer or according to guests orders
__________ Prepare drinks and bag orders.
__________ At all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers. GUESTS; Greet customers, Urgency, Eye contact, Suggestive selling, Thank you, and Smile/voice inflection.
__________ Accurately operate cash registers In accordance with Cash Register Procedures.
__________ Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening.
__________ Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing.
__________ Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by person in charge of shift.
__________ Comply at all times with Fresh Dining Concepts dress code and personal appearance standards.
__________ Comply with all Franchisors policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations regarding mixers and ovens, e.g., safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-Know, EEO, ADA, et.al.
__________ Perform all of the essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by Auntie Anne's, Inc and Cinnabon
__________ Perform other duties as directed by Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Manager.
Physical Demands of the Job
__________ Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above ("Essential Duties"); must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours; must be able to see, hear, and speak (for communication and safety); must be able to test products by taste, color, and smell; must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
