```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring a high level of customer service and resident satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain resident files, including lease agreements, move-in/move-out documentation, and other related paperwork.
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues.
- Conduct property tours for potential residents, showcasing the features and benefits of the residence.
- Assist resident manager with property leasing activities, including screening applicants, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Utilize property management software to manage resident information, track payments, and generate reports.
- Uphold compliance with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations and other applicable housing laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident experience.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service to residents.
- Knowledge of leasing procedures, contract negotiations, and fair housing laws.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Proficient in using property management software.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution in a professional manner.
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell additional services or amenities.
