Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts receivables. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely and efficient processing of accounts receivable. The role is perfect for someone who is passionate about numbers and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, including invoices, statements, and credit memos.
- Prepare and process accounts receivable transactions, including payments, credits, and adjustments.
- Negotiate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate and detailed records.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of accounts receivable, including payment processing and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Experience:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and public accounting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and negotiating with customers to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
