Role Overview: As an AT&T Sales and Business Development Associate you will be entering businesses and guiding them through their journey of discovering AT&T's offerings. Your role will involve providing personalized assistance, answering queries, and recommending products and plans that best suit businesses needs. Your interactions will shape positive customer experiences and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about AT&T's products and services.
- Assist customers in selecting the right plans, devices, and accessories based on their preferences.
- Process transactions efficiently and ensure proper documentation.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers in using their devices.
- Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless sales process.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets, and other communication devices.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
