Our office is looking for an awesome dental receptionist. A beloved member of our team is retiring and while we will be sad to see her go, we look forward to the opportunity to have a new face in the office.
We are a family and cosmetic dental office who takes great pride in providing our patients with top quality care. We are are friendly and hard working group who need you to help keep us busy!
This is a great opportunity for someone to come into as collections and patient accounts have been kept very tidy and outstanding insurance claims are low. You will have the ability to work with our current front desk to be able to carry on with our process and add a few of your own wrinkles in as well.
Dentrix knowledge is helpful but not required if you are used to other dental software. Competitive salary & benefits

Main job duties:
- outstanding billing & insurance claims
- patient account management & collection
- proper scheduling of both doctors' & hygienists' columns
- proper insurance claim adjustments
- providing accurate estimates for services
- closing out end of day and balancing
