We are growing and looking for a customer-oriented service expert with solid bookkeeping skills.
This office position is located at our headquarters in Broomfield, CO
We currently do business in 10 metro markets and we are expanding.
Our customer service experts, act as a liaison for our company. Our people are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Our goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ability to multi task is a must in this position.
There is oppurtunity for advancement in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls from customers wanting home repairs and remodeling projects done in their homes
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with craftsmen and customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Schedule appropriate craftsman for work orders
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Be a small office team player

Skills:
- Home repair industry experience helpful
- Proven customer support experience - phone work preferable
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Very comfortable with computers
- Bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Salary: $41,600 per year to start. 60 day review & increase
