We are seeking a diligent and self-directed individual to join our team as the full-time, project manager. You must have strong organizational skills, be exceptionally detail-oriented and highly proactive with the ability to own your role, solve problems, and take direction well.
Your responsibilities include planning and scheduling workflow and deliverables for clients, delegating tasks to project team members, overseeing processes and process improvement, and reporting on key operational metrics.
The purpose of this role is to create and maintain a healthy, peaceful, and profitable workflow between creatives, fractional CMOs, and clients.

Requirements
- Experience with project management and best practices
- Experience with a project management tool such as Teamwork (the system we use), Trello, Monday, or the equivalent
- Google Suite
- Google Sheets/Excel
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Consistent and excellent management of client deliverables and workflow
- Manage team capacity and create project schedules and delivery dates to align with contracts
- Report on budgets, on-time rate, and capacity
- Collaborate and coordinate with all team members
- Set up new clients and manage process and delivery of projects in our Teamwork software
- Oversee, improve, and implement process compliance with the team for maximum efficiency and healthy collaboration
- Optimize and advance our usage of our Teamwork project management software and tech stack
- Hire and manage outside contractors to maintain high-quality and smooth workflows
- Manage and onboard contractors
- Work closely with our CFO to coordinate billing and align operational reporting with financial reporting
- Manage QC process with creative review and proofreading
- Advocate for the client to help our team deliver an outstanding client experience
- Participate in planning calls and proactively identify issues and areas of improvement
