As a Customer Service Representative at Miller & Sons Salt & Water Conditioning Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will handle various customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, and support our service technicians and sales team.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments and manage technician dispatch using Service Titan
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the coordination and logistics of service appointments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with service technicians, sales, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role.
- Experience with customer service software such as Service Titan, House Call Pro, Jobber, or Field Edge is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
