RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the Customer Experience through the Showroom
· Generate Sales Revenue Growth through Showroom Customers
· Generate Revenue through relationships with Builders, Contractors and Kitchen & Bath Retailers
· Consistent Training of Employees
· Independently Open and Close Showroom on Scheduled Days
· Schedule Retail Sales Consultants
· Interview and Hire Retail Sales Consultants
· Performance Coach and Document
· Facilitate Resolution of Customer Issues
· Showroom Merchandising, Presentation, and Company Branding
· Uphold the Company Mission, Vision, and Values
· Accountable for Daily Operational Paperwork

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
