Nanjing USA is in need of a Logistics Manager to support and assist our team in Bentonville, AR.
Position Overview
Review all activity at the 3PL Warehouses that service Nanjing USA and make appropriate actions to maintain Inventory integrity.
Responsibilities
· Review all emails to/from the warehouses and respond accordingly;
· Review Order Pick Tickets and Pick Ticket Cuts
· Merge packing lists and PO information to provide valid 943 files to DC Partner.
· Send and prepare Packing Lists (943’s) for the containers being delivered
· Send Vessel Reports of the containers being delivered;
· Review Warehouse Receipts for accuracy against Packing Lists;
· Review/Correct Mismarked cartons or Incorrect entries;
· Review Inventory discrepancies;
· Complete Inventory Stock adjustments;
· Review/Create Inventory Transfers;
· Complete Inventory Location adjustments;
· Coordinate Samples;
· Coordinate Returns; Coordinate VAS Projects; Coordinate Inventory Audits;
· Review/Correct Invoice discrepancies;
· Review/Correct Shipping errors; Review/Coordinate Sale of Obsolete Inventory;
· Review/Dispose of Non-Conforming Inventory; Support End-of-Year Physical Inventory.
· Review Packing Lists of Incoming containers and Identify discrepancies.
· Review and adjust Cycle Counting discrepancies
· Identify warehouse delivery location for Incoming containers and notify Drayage Company
· Maintain Container Metrics (Receiving Timing & OS&D).
· Review Damaged cartons and provide documentation to Drayage Company.
· Coordinate Returns to appropriate warehouse; Review/Provide Corrective Actions for Shipping errors.
· Prepare and maintain KPI reporting to ensure high level performance for DCs
· Provide back up to Warehousing/Supply Chain Manager
· Analize Supplier Quality Excellence Program results to find the root cause of issues
· Respond to Fix It ticket requests in retail link
· Manually write customer orders when needed
· Manage Open Orders and Backorders to make sure they are cancelled when needed
Education and Experience Preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related subject preferred
· 3 to 5 years warehousing and logistics experience
· 3 to 5 years ERP experience preferably NetSuite
· 3 to 5 years’ experience with Infor Nexus preferred
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Has the ability to translate complex information into user friendly insights and tactics
