JOB SUMMARY
The Pricing Analyst for our estimating department ’ primary responsibility would be to gather, assess and estimate the cost of flooring projects. This is an in office position, not remote.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Preparing proposals, along with communicating to our vendors for pricing.
Create templates for jobs.
Perform take offs and prepare proposals using estimating software and Microsoft excel.
Receive requests for estimating and gather necessary information such as plans, specifications, bid manuals, change orders and revisions to projects in progress.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Regular and reliable attendance.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

High School diploma, or equivalent Excel expert.
Proficient Excel experience a must.
Must love working with numbers.
Industry experience a plus.
Analytical thinker.

Collaborate with colleagues and team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks. Support a positive and productive work environment.
