Unique opportunity available for the right attorney in our established, growing and busy Workers’ Compensation practice.
Requirements:
-8+ years’ experience in the field of Workers' Compensation, preferably representing Claimants', although full consideration would be given to a go getter from the carrier side.
-Must possess exceptional customer service skills and have a history of timely handling of phone calls and paperwork.
-Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional organizational skills.
-Should be comfortable handling multiple hearings, a myriad of paperwork and numerous phone calls on a daily basis.
-Must be positive, self-confident and able to fit in with our incredible, upbeat, client focused team.
-Must be producing excellent income/billable hours currently.
The right individual will start at 130k base plus percentage bonus which can easily grow to 170k-280k+/year. Our attorneys enjoy a rotating 4 day work week, hybrid schedule, 401k with match, paid time off, health insurance contributions and paid CLE.
