In short, our Entry Level Assistant Manager position aims to combine active listening skills and organizational processes to drive our departments toward their engagement and sales goals. Each Entry Level Assistant Manager gets equipped with the industry and market knowledge necessary for success through comprehensive training on consumer preferences, sales, customer service, market trends, and business practices.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers through proactive communication and targeted interactions aimed at increasing revenue generation and sales
- Organize trainee development to ensure that they are meeting client standards and reaching their sales and customer service goals
- Understand and apply the sales strategy to promote the value proposition for our client’s products and execute telecommunication growth programs
- Communicate directly with the clients and our customers on services delivered, expanding on the advantages and closing sales opportunities
- Complete all transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining customer confidentiality
- Follow all client guidelines and regulations for the Entry Level Assistant Manager position while interacting with customers to ensure a positive and engaging experience
- Learn entry-level practices pertaining to service promotions, maintaining the goals of the office, and working closely in a team environment
Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Entry-level background in Customer Service, Client Relations, Retail, Sales, Marketing, Management, or Administration is encouraged
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- An outgoing, energetic, and determined demeanor when interacting with others
- Reliability in time management and completion of daily tasks both individually and collaboratively with other Entry Level Assistant Managers
- Must be able to implement entry-level practices through training and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to grow within our organization is a plus!
