JSH is growing and seeking a Front Desk/Admin Assistant to join our Albuquerque office. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and stellar attention to detail. Must have a basic understanding of clerical procedures, follow directions, and balance working independently and on a team. Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the appearance of the office is maintained to prevent safety hazards.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and breakroom.
- Wipe down and set up offices for new hires.
- Clean and set-up conference room.
- Take FedEx/UPS packages to drop boxes in building.
- Works with the Office Services department and the Copy Center located in AZ to have work produced and mailed.
- Utilize office Stamps.com account to post outgoing USPS mail.
- Place service calls on copier and assist others utilizing copier.
- Scanning of incoming mail and then saving to the management document system – filesite.
- Save and process all e-filing notifications sending to docketing department and staff.
- Set up new cases (ADD, CAP, Rolodex, Vision).
- Submit invoices to accounting in a timely manner using LMS and follow up on any outstanding invoices.
- Maintain file/storage room and destroy any paper for the file as it closes.
- Submit emails to building management and OSG Director for any facility related issues.
- Take general incoming calls to New Mexico office and greet all visitors when in the office.
- Empty office shred baskets into locked shred container and arrange for shred pick-ups.
- Inventory and request hospitality and office supply orders to AZ office as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to learn new skills as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is required.
- Must be able to pass criminal background checks.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
