The Account Representative, Professional Development, assists with the facilitation and delivery of Virtuoso’s Live Webinar program, and the creation, planning and execution of curriculum-based training programs for assigned partner (travel supplier) accounts, including live and on-demand learning components. This role is also responsible for maintaining Professional Development product inventory in sales tracking platform and overseeing the Virtuoso Training inbox.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage pre-/post-webinar processes and communications related to Virtuoso’s Live Webinar Program.

Host and facilitate live webinars via GoToWebinar and occasionally Zoom Webinar and troubleshoot issues, as needed.

Conduct pre-webinar content reviews/practice sessions (when requested) to support partner confidence and ensure quality presentations.

Advise partners on promotional content and presentation best practices.

Responsible for the timely execution, accuracy, and integrity of assigned partner training programs.

Advise on curriculum planning and training proposals for partner accounts, as well as best practices for content and presentation format.

Execute Immersion programs from start to finish, ensuring timely and professional communications and maintaining strong relationships with partners.

Contribute to and leverage Smartsheets that track program progression, metrics, and deliverables.

Assist with Advisor education trips (Virtuoso Study Tours) as needed.

Maintain Professional Development product inventory in sales tracking platform (Magazine Manager).

Manage the department’s Training Inbox inquiries.

Export and format all webinar/training program reports and summaries.

Manage webinar scheduling, including updating corresponding platforms, GoToWebinar, Magazine Manager, and relevant Smartsheets, and timely communications to partners.

Maintain processes for uploading webinar recordings to the learning management system (LMS).

Assist with the Training Newsletter as needed.
Travel Requirements:

Infrequent travel may be required to attend company events. (1-3 trips per year).

Travel will be domestic.
