WE ARE GROWING!!! Burnetti, P.A. has been serving the injured people of Florida for 30 years! We are currently seeking a full-time Account Executive for our firm.
The Account Executive will visit law firms throughout the Central Florida area to develop relationships with the other lawyers, to educate them, and keep them up to date on the different service areas and opportunities that Burnetti, P.A. has to offer and collaborate with other firms to increase leads in the community to provide injured people with the most ethical and professional legal representation.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, committed, and goal-oriented with a desire to exceed firm goals and expectations; technologically competent, and present themselves in a professional manner and have exceptional people skills.
This Account Executive must be located within the Tampa Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Organize and plan their day/week in advance. This will include setting up meetings with new law firms, follow-up calls and emails.
- Remain engaged with all Active and Prospective accounts.
- Utilize oversight over their leads to ensure that they are being managed in an efficient and effective manner.
- Attending all sales meetings, events, and internal training seminars.
- an abundance of leads.
- Remain engaged with all Accounts/Referral partners.
- Prospecting and meeting firms daily in-person.
- Consistently beat expectations and goals
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process.
- Meet and exceed financial goals.
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be a licensed attorney.
- 3+ years of Business Development or Account Management Experience, preferably in Sales and Customer Service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Needles Neos a plus.
