Responsibilities:
We are seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team. In this role, you will help expand Lacuna's presence in Texas by setting best practices, fostering team culture, and delivering exceptional services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and their clinical programs.
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (Initial Assessments).
- Developing and implementing parent training and support programs.
- Providing compassionate training, support, and mentorship to RBTs.
- Developing, managing, and overseeing progress reports and treatment plans.
- Collaborating with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirements.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- A valid BCBA Certification.
- Applicable licensure to practice within the state of hire.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A desire to deliver superior services.
