Event Managers will be Responsible for:
-
Managing part-time bartenders while they bartend at various events.
-
Acting as the Point of Contact for clients at events
-
Coaching new bartenders to ensure they are following proper procedures.

Communicating with Account Managers, Operations Managers, and other departments when necessary
-
Completing event paperwork including Bar Manager Reports, On-Site Payment Forms, and Invoices
-
Maintaining a positive and calm attitude while managing events
-
Driving company vehicles with event supplies to and from venues.

Assisting Operations Managers inside the warehouse with event preparations such as pulling products, gathering supplies, and packing vehicles
-
Assisting Operations Manager after events with unloading the trucks, putting away products and supplies, and tracking inventory.
To Become an Event Manager, you must:

Be 21 years of age or older.

Be available to work events during the week and on weekends.

Complete Online and In-Person Company Training (Company Facilitated)

Complete ServSafe Certification Courses upon hire (Company Facilitated)

Have a reliable device to check messages and emails frequently
-
Have reliable transportation
-
Be able to retain product information to relay to consumers

Show great attention to details.
-
Have excellent written & verbal skills.

Be able to lift and transport 30 pounds or more of products and equipment.

Be able to stand for at least four hours or more.
Compensation

$15/hour + Opportunities for Tips and Event Gratuity
