Orthodontic Assistant - Hawley Orthodontics
Hawley orthodontics is seeking a dedicated, fun-loving orthodontic assistant to join our team in Papillion, NE. We are a growing, vibrant orthodontic practice and believe in creating a warm, welcoming environment. Our team values hard work, kindness, positivity, and a willingness to go above and beyond for our patients. Practice hours are Monday – Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Job Duties:
· Perform full spectrum orthodontic assisting, including Invisalign, self-ligating braces, and other fixed appliances such as expanders.
· Provide exceptional patient education and support throughout their orthodontic journey.
· Take high-quality photos and radiographs to assist in treatment planning.
· Handle phone calls professionally, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
· Fabricate and trim clear retainers for patients.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and stock orthodontic supplies.
· Collaborate with the team to enhance patient experience and practice efficiency.
· Participate in social media activities to promote our practice and engage with our community.
Requirements:
· X-ray certification (required) and experience in orthodontic assisting is preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow.
