Family office work setting. Must have car (gas is compensated). Korean and/or Spanish would be well appreciated. College and experience is not required but we would like someone that had success in school, is a quick learner, and eager to learn about real estate. - Collecting rent
- Managing accounts receivable and payable
- Managing building managers and maintenance crew
- Coordinating repairs and improvements
- Gathering proposals
- Keeping track of inventory
- Inspecting buildings and units
- Leasing (advertising, showings, screening tenant applications, writing lease agreements)
- Working with attorneys and appearing in court as a representative of the company

- Maintain apartment and commercial buildings
- Generating financial reports
