We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves working closely with senior management and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and resources. The IT Project Manager will coordinate team efforts and third-party contractors, develop and deliver progress reports, and manage project milestones to ensure success.
IT Project Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary of $95,000 to $120,000

IT Project Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring they meet timelines and budget constraints

Work collaboratively with senior management and stakeholders to establish project goals, scope, and resource requirements

Direct and coordinate the work of team members and external contractors to ensure project plans are followed

Prepare and present progress updates, proposals, and detailed requirements documentation

Track project milestones, identify and assess risks, and implement adjustments to maintain project alignment and success
IT Project Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred

Certifications in Cisco (CCNA) preferred

Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience

Experience with the deployment of IT infrastructure, particularly in rural or remote areas

Strong technical skills with project management software, cloud technologies, network setups, and security protocols

Proficiency with Windows 10/11, office productivity software, and Linux operating systems
