PRIMARY DUTIES:
· Act as the first line of contact for customer inquiries.
· Fully understand the products that AC Infinity offers (training will be provided)
· Engage in the general management of customer accounts.
· Assist customers via telephone calls, online chat, and email.
· Assist customers with general and complex questions related to our products.
· Assist customers with setting up our products for use.
· Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues with our products.
· Process orders and customer returns using various software programs.
· Reach out and communicate proactively with customers to resolve any product/service issues.
· Provide a friendly, effective, and quality experience to our company’s customers.
· Ensure that customers receive an overall high level of customer satisfaction.
· Perform other related duties and assignments when assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
· Communication Skills is a must.
· Attention to detail and conscientiousness.
· Ability to read, write, understand, and relay, written and verbal instructions.
· Consistent, regular, and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts is required.
· Must be highly dependable regarding attendance and being to work on time.
· 1-2 years in a customer service position(preferred).
· E-Commerce experience (preferred)
· A typing speed of 40 words per minute is a must.
· Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel programs.
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are a must.
· The ability to handle high volumes of telephone calls, chats, and emails.
· Good organization and work prioritization skills.
· Technical experience or background with electronics, DIY projects, and HVAC is a plus.
· Experience with a Customer Service Management system is a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Associate degree or above is a plus.
· 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
· Basic math skills.

- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed.
- Overtime is available.
LOCATION:
- This position will be in the City of Industry, CA 91789.
- Candidates interested in employment with AC Infinity must relocate before starting work if moving from a different area. This is required.
- This position is an in-person position. It is not a remote position.
