Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control within the boutique retail store and offsite location.
3. Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to ensure accurate and timely replenishment.
4. Conduct regular stock assessments and audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and events to drive sales and clear excess inventory.
6. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and update inventory management systems as needed.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an inventory manager or similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
2. Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
3. Proficiency in inventory management software and systems. Shopify experience preferred.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
