Office/Customer Service Administrator

Summary/Objective: TruNet Internet Services, LLC. is currently looking for an office and customer support administrator to join our team part-time. TNIS, LLC is a startup located in Northern New Mexico. Our company sells and provides broadband internet to home consumers and commercial consumers.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
· Answer telephones and give information to callers while upholding excellent customer service, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
· Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
· Create, maintain, and enter customer information into management software.
· Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems, and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
· Basic accounting tasks including posting deposits, creating purchase orders, QuickBooks, etc.
· Receive mail from the post office.
· Manage files in all cabinets.
· Shipping and receiving of inventory entering items into inventory and tracking all shipments.
· Receive and process internet orders.
· Basic office custodial duties.
· Scheduling and dispatching employees to job sites.
Knowledge/ Skills:
· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
· Knowledge of basic computer hardware items, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
· Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
· Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
· Knowledge of critical thinking skills when scheduling service calls to other employees.
· Knowledge of Organizational skills.
· Knowledge of customer Service etiquette skills.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma (Required)
· 2 years of higher education (Preferred)
· 1-year experience with basic office administration. Knowledge of MS Office, and QuickBooks. Readiness to learn new software. (Preferred)
· Basic knowledge of office equipment; Phone system, PCs, Laptop, Copy/Fax/Scanner (Required)
Training: New Hire will be trained on appropriate tasks and databases by the current lead team member to complete his/her tasks in the established work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
