The Role:
The Radish Kitchen Front of House Shift Lead supports the General Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, taking pride in operational excellence, and making sure our customers have the best possible experience.
Responsibilities

Help open and close the restaurant

Train fellow team members by working alongside them on the front line showing how to create Radish Kitchen's dishes

Ensure customers get the best possible service

Ensure all food and service meet our standard of excellence by keeping an eye on quality as foods comes out.

Lead by example by living the core values and treating our team the way we want them to treat the customer

Bring passion, energy, and enthusiasm to everything you do, including food preparation and taking care of our customers

Help in maintaining Radish Kitchen as the cleanest place around

Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week and some nights and weekends

Experience working in a restaurant

Positive attitude and passion for making customers happy
