Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling and warm leads
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new business initiatives
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Provide ongoing account management to existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential business growth areas
Skills:
- Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building
- Proficiency in Pipedrive or other CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow for effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to analyze market trends and competition to identify business opportunities
