Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced SEO and Google Analytics Manager to develop, implement, and manage our SEO/SEM strategies and Google Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a proven track record of improving search engine rankings, knowledge of SEM best practices, hands-on experience with popular advertising platforms (such as Google Ads and Bing Ads) and extensive experience with Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance metrics.
SEO Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- Create optimized and professional content and collaborate with other content creators, hired developers, and marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design and content creation processes.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Generate regular reports on SEO performance, traffic trends, and key metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of SEO initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO algorithms, search engine guidelines, and industry developments.
SEM/Paid Search Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and achieve ROI goals.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and maximize ad spend efficiency.
- Create and manage SEM campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising networks.
- Write compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives to maximize click-through rates and ad engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance on an ongoing basis, adjusting bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and ad content to improve results.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in SEM to identify new opportunities for optimization and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant certifications is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
