- You have 1yr+ of professional experience. (required)
- You are CPR certified from American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA) & negative 2-step TB skin test or chest x-ray.
- You can work a Full-Time Schedule (40hrs/week)
- You have a valid D.L. & reliable vehicle w/ current auto insurance.
- You are able to commute easily w/in York, Lancaster, & Chester Counties.
- You can stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push & pull, & lift up to 50lbs.
- You can work an On-Call Schedule.

Your Responsibilities!
- Abide by BrightStar Care of Rock Hill Core Values.
- Provide personal/companion services w/ different types of clients.
- Receive training on all Priority 1 clients & must be willing to go see those clients if they are open during your available time.
- Make an introductory call to the family prior to your scheduled shift (for Bright Horizons or LifeCare back up care assignments)
- Help out in the BrightStar Care of Rock Hill Office if you do not have any clients scheduled to you during Office Hours that overlap your availability (8am - 5pm) or if you are scheduled less than 40/hrs. for the week.
- Be prepared to work Friday – Monday from 11 PM to 12 PM, w/ the expectation of being on-call & ready to leave w/in a 15-minute notice (groomed & ready to go w/ ID & scrubs, mobile phone charged & ringer on, & blank care notes w/ PPE on hand)
