- Provide exceptional customer service to members, assisting with inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution
- Perform basic math calculations
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Open/ close member accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with members to enhance their overall banking experience
- Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring member accounts and transactions
```Skills```
- Cash handling experience is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and empathize with members
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster long-term member loyalty
- Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques and detection methods
