We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with manufacturing experience that will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, remodels, installations, and/or troubleshooting/repairing electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical and/or pneumatic systems on production/facilities equipment (CNC Machines- 5 axis mills, Robotic Paint booths, Autoclaves). Employee’s must be able to work independently or in a team environment while complying with all CFAN, EHS, OSHA, EPA, and Quality requirements.
Required Education and Experience
- Minimum 3- 5 years industrial maintenance experience stressing Instrumentation, Robotics, Controls, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Computer Control Systems.
- Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
Essential Functions
1. Perform assigned tasks that include but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, structural, foundation work, mechanical repairs and assist in installations, and general repairs including troubleshooting.
2. Demonstrate ability to perform and complete preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner
3. Ability to read and understand technical documents.
4. Must possess problem-solving skills, understanding of industrial EHS requirements/policies, corrective action efforts/systems improvements, equipment installations, participate in risk/hazard abatement.
5. Must be a team player.
6. Ability to recognize and mitigate potential safety hazards on job site and/or task.
7. Certified to drive lifts, forklifts, and work at heights. Must be familiar with basic rigging protocols.
8. Demonstrate understanding of all EHS requirements and policies. Must be Lock out Tag Out (LOTO) approved by EHS.
9. Demonstrate ability to interact, and oversee contractors including conducting contractor briefings to ensure technical accuracy.
10. Able to understand and demonstrate basic computer skills to use CFAN’s work order system.
11. Trains/Mentors as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $36.00 per hour
