Southeast Sign Company, a national provider of signage, is seeking a skilled and experienced lead sign installer to join our team.
**Duties:**
- Collaborate with Install and project managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives..
- Install various types of electrical and non electrical signage, including indoor, outdoor, and specialty lighting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the installation process.
- Provide training and guidance to junior installers to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.
**Skills:**
- (5) Years of Proven experience as a lead installer.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment required for sign installations. (Welding, Rigging, Aerial Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Lulls, Etc.)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.
- Knowledge of the NEC Code.
