Overview :
This role is a blend of project management expertise along with strong talent acquisition applied knowledge. Lead cross functional projects and teams that transform the way Knipper Health attracts and hires top talent, manage project plans and associated analytics to ensure program deliverables are executed on time, in scope and with the highest degree of efficiencies. Lead and support talent initiatives that drive continuous improvements and optimizations with our internal stakeholders, external staffing partners and HR Team members.
Position based out of our Louisville, KY location.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute strategic initiative within the talent acquisition function

Demonstrated ability to successfully drive and manage multiple large talent acquisition projects

Develop comprehensive recruitment project plans outlining timelines, key milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation strategies

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively & efficiently

Collaborate with Operations, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to assess talent acquisition needs and priorities

Evaluate & streamline existing talent acquisition processes

Strong Applicant Tracking System knowledge, prefer ICIMS expertise

Lead & Manage staffing partner relationships

Utilize data analytics to generate regular reports on key performance indicators and project metrics to support data-driven decisions

Regularly communicate project status updates, progress, potential roadblocks to internal stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence a variety of audiences to meet project deliverables

Qualifications:
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience & Education:

Requires a BA degree in HR related field and/or marketing with a minimum of 5 years talent acquisition experience and 3 years of project management experience preferably in a talent acquisition or HR environment; OR any equivalent combination of education & experience.

Deep knowledge & experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ICIMS

Talent acquisition expertise in either a corporate or search firm organization handling large recruitment programs

Experience managing large, complex programs with cross functional teams

Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes including sourcing, recruitment and onboarding

End to End Process mapping

Vendor relationship experience

Technology Integration experience a plus
