Advanced Neurobehavioral Services (ANBS) is BCBA owned and operated. We pride ourselves on having the best employees in Kansas City.
ANBS is the premiere clinic in Kansas City with BCBAs that are highly trained, licensed, and certified to work with traumatic, acquired, and congenital brain disorders. ANBS also specializes in autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, cognitive disabilities, and numerous other diagnoses.
We work in a hybrid work setting with partial work in person and partial telehealth services. Our in person work is located in Kansas City Missouri and surrounding areas.
ANBS can offer you:
- Competitive pay
- Paid time off
- Reimbursement for milage
- Reimbursement for license renewals, certifications, and training
- Bonuses based on time worked in our clinic
- Extremely flexible schedule (you make your own hours and schedule)
In our clinic, you will find coworkers and valuable resources that encourage personal growth and progress. We encourage advancement in education (Master’s degree, Ph.D.), training, licenses, and unique experiences.
Our clinic functions collaboratively, with every employee an integral part of our team. We seek agreement with all team members in the hiring process, policy implementation, cases that we accept or don’t accept, and numerous other decision-making processes.
ANBS has experience working with some of the most interesting and challenging cases in our field. We have provided expert witness testimony in brain injury cases, including assessment, therapeutic recommendations, and testimony for individuals entering the criminal justice system. We provide input on deficits, undeveloped skills, and underdeveloped functioning for individuals facing criminal justice sentencing post-conviction.
ANBS provides training and mentoring for individuals in the medical and therapy fields of practice. We have presented case studies and practice protocol training at professional conferences.
