Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, taking phone calls,scheduling,and tracking profit margins.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Assist with organizing and coordinating consults and meetings
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries via phone, email
- Maintain a clean and organized office workflow
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
- Utilize Google Suite tools,house call pro,pricebook plus,and other for document creation, editing, and sharing
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and follow proper phone etiquette
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Experience:
- Previous experience working in administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with event planning processes is a plus
