Aspire Educational Services (AES) is excited to announce a great opportunity for both full-time and contracting Speech Language Pathologist roles partnering with our school partners in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, assess, develop, and execute individualized treatment plans for people experiencing communication problems involving speech and language or swallowing disorders that affect the ability to eat and drink properly.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
- Monitor students as they carry out the tasks given to them.
- Identify need for and make referrals to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the student.
- Observe & assess clients' progress and prepare detailed reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university.
- Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License or Certificate.
- PDE Certification.
- Proof of professional liability insurance.
- Experience in a PreK-8 school setting.
- Possible Covid-19 testing and/or vaccination required by school.
- Valid Driver’s License, proof of registration, and insurance.
- Must have current (or be able to clear) required state and federal background checks and relevant clearances.
