**Job Summary:**
Established Doylestown Accounting Firm is seeking a resourceful office administrator to help manage our growing accounting and tax practice. We are proud of our pleasant, family-friendly work culture and our focus on client service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
Support the accounting staff with various administrative tasks.
Interact with clients to gather information and direct matters to the appropriate staff member.
Type and assemble client financial statements.
Process completed tax returns for distribution to clients.
Oversee office operations, supply procurement and vendor relationships.
Input timesheet information to practice management software.
Prepare draft correspondence and process incoming and outgoing correspondence.

The candidate must have the ability to handle multiple priorities; the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; ability to maintain strict confidentiality; strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to communicate directly with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
