InTouch Labels & Packaging is a leader in the food, craft beverage, health & beauty, and cannabis industry for custom label printing. We offer a wide range of printed label products for craft beverage businesses, including labels for cans, bottles, keg wraps, custom printed keg collars, and logo stickers. We are expanding our national sales team to better serve the growing national market. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team which will be critical for creating partnerships with national beverage businesses and other markets as stated.

What you will be doing:
Your primary responsibility is to actively seek new sales opportunities and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. The BDR will individually manage inbound and outbound leads, schedule meetings and calls, and brief the members of the sales team for communication with key decision makers. The BDR will use an array of provided software programs to research and qualify prospective customers within the outlined segments. The BDR will be responsible for working closely with members of the InTouch Labels & Packaging team to drive business forward and achieve outlined goals. This role is a great starting point for a continued career within the sales team.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in collaboration with leadership and the sales team
- Use provided resources to qualify prospective customers and their team members
- Schedule meetings and calls with prospective customers to meet desired quota
- Use HubSpot CRM to maintain pipeline metrics, track desired activities, run reports, and update records as needed
- Brief Sales Representatives for communication with prospective customers by providing acquired data, insights, and other relevant information
- Collaboratively work with sales leadership on strategies to target and secure new customers, grow existing accounts, and revive former customers
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in sales or B2B customer facing roles
- Outgoing and personable with the ability to “cold call” whenever needed
- 1 - 2+ years of work experience in sales or B2B customer facing roles is preferred with a basic understanding of sales and data analysis.
- Strong ability to anticipate or identify problems and work swiftly with the sales team to deliver well executed solutions
- Printing and/or packaging industry knowledge or experience is preferred
- Understanding of sales concepts such as sales cycles, pipelines, forecasting, etc.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including HubSpot CRM, Zoom Info, and Excel Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust communication styles based on the segment
- Must reside in Greater Boston area.
