Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Manager located in Muskegon, MI. As a Retail Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as, managing a team of 3 people, assisting customers, implementing and upholding best practices and processes, acquiring and providing customers with product knowledge, conducting sales transactions, managing custom orders including providing quotes and order management, ensuring a clean and organized store environment, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers
- Experience in retail sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Demonstrated product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on different products and options
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time
